First of all, let me say that I want to be as flexible with most of these as I can. This isn't meant to be the Criminal Code of the French Forum, but just a general guideline.

1) If you can, try to post in French. Nobody around here chops people up for grammatic faults. If you don't know the word, or how to say what you want to say, go ahead an post in English. I don't mind.

2) Please respect the fact that there are people of all different levels here, by trying to avoid going through and picking apart their sentences. If they ask for something to be corrected, then by all means, help them out, but we're all friends here, so let's be nice and not nit-pick.

3)Anything inflammatory, anti-French, anti-English, or otherwise insulting or derogatory to any nationality will be deleted. If you don't have something positive to contribute, then don't say anything. This is one rule that I won't bend on - there will be absolutely no bashing of anyone here.

Well, that's about it. Three simple rules that we all follow anyway, but there they are in writing now.

Je veux dire que ces règles ne sont pas éternels, écrits en pierre, et je veux être aussi souple que possible. Ce charte est seulement un guide générale.

1)S'applique aux Anglais.

2)S'il vous plaît, ne tatillionez pas du grammaire ou orthographe. On a des personnes par ici de tous niveaux, alors, svp respectez ce fait. Si on demande à quelqu'un de corriger ses fautes, c'est une affaire, mais tatillioner n'est pas gentil.

3)Je n'ai pas aucune de tolérance pour les assauts personnelles, alors tout matériel qui est contre-Français, contre-Anglais, ou contre n'importe d'autre groupe est interdit. Je suis infrangible avec ce règle. Si vous n'avez rien de bon à dire, taisez-vous.

Voilà. Trois règles simples que nous suivons quand-même, mais, maitenant, ils sont écrits.
