| ow ow ow ow ow ow ow.......OWWWW.. didya know when you play fast 8th or 16th note with one hand going snare, tom,tom,tom (all three in desending order) then back to sanre repeatedly for about 5 minutes at a fast temp your arm starts really hurting? |

| This morning in church my left leg started shaking for some reason. I usualy don't play alot on the hi-hat... and I wasn't nervous. It was weird. |

its reallly bad if your left leg falls off. Thats when you know something is wrong.

| lol... it might notta hurt me so much if i didn't do it after about 10 minutes of just fast fast snare drum and an about an hour of playing before..lol...

| i do sometimes.. mwhaha.. but i was practing speed from one drumn to another.. well it wasn't my arm so much as my one finger.. cuz i normaly like warm up and strech my hands a little before playing.. which i forgot to do.. |

| set up 3 pillows as your drums then
or put them on your drums

| i practiced for a while on my pillow.. playing 8th notes
R R R R L L L L.... repeat.. 50 times through... then i went to
R R R R R R R R | L L L L L L L L repeat 50 times through as well..
pretty nice workout it was.. and i did some other stuff too |

| haha read about it in modern drummer.(some weird workout thing they were talking about). and thought i'd give it a shot.. theres actually had 100 more measures of stuff..it had 2 more sections of 50... i don't do that much just warm up type stuff.. but i decided to try to kill my arms..lol |
