| Bad logic. GORP006, you yourself said that we can make artificial flavors by using the same chemicals found in the said food with the said flavor.
Therefore, this is the correct logic (using your highly scientific phrases ):
all food derives it's flavor from the stuff it's made of
Chicken derives its flavor from the chemicals in the meat.
Everything Tastes like Chicken
Everything contains the chemicals found in Chicken Meat
We cannot extent this to say that everything is made of chicken, because to prove this, you would have to prove that the only way to get the chemicals found in Chicken meat in a certain thing is to be made of chicken (which, using the example of artificial flavoring, is not necessarily true).
However, since you did prove that the only way to get a certain flavor is with the chemicals, the logic is like this:
all food derives it's flavor from its chemicals
Chicken derives its flavor from the chemicals in the meat.
Everything Tastes like Chicken
Everything contains the chemicals found in Chicken Meat

| But then of course you're assuming that a flavor can only be made from one chemical or combination of chemicals

| Yes. I am assuming he is correct in assuming that, because I am terrible in science.

I withdraw my conclusion that everything is made from Chicken. However, if we were to take the liberty to assume that Chicken meat is the only place we can naturally find the chemicals that produce Chicken flavor, we can then conclude that my proof is true for natural substances.

| Considering this is not actually about chiken as a sustaining food or drink and more the philosiphy of its taste, does it really belong here?
