| Clear Pepsi had a name - "Crystal Pepsi" and it was just plain wierd to drink, although it wasn't too bad.
I'm a Coca-Cola fan, while my wife is an RC Cola fan.
As far as root beer goes, IBC is the good stuff, and Stewarts is right up there too.
Soda doesn't go too far in our house any more, though, since we've both been reading up on the huge health benefits of not drinking the stuff!

| Coke has Cristina Aguilera and nsync promoting them, while pepsi has Brittney and backstreet boys. We can see from the pop star indorsements that people with more talent drink Coke. All others just settle for second best. |

| Make that by 2! Ha!! Coke is better by far. There are just more subtleties to it. That's the reason I like Dr. Pepper. But that's not in this.
In fact this is an argument that has gone on since the beginning (not of time, of Coke and Pepsi).
After WWII, Coke could have bought Pepsi cuz they shipped Coke to the GI's. Everything changed in the 70's and 80's. Pepsi started the Pepsi challenge and started their marketing campaign saying they were hipper. And all the young people started going to Pepsi. All Coke had for a little bit were the older generation.
Then Coke made this New Coke stuff about the time most of us were born that was just aweful cuz it tasted like Pepsi, but it was sorry, so they started making the original formula (Hence Coke Classic). Everybody flocked to get the same old Coke, so much that everybody thought Coke did it on purpose to make everybody miss Coke Classic. So now everything is pretty even.
