This is a good cd. But I don't like the fact that they have redone some songs that were alredy good, like story of a girl, kryptonyte, and old time rock and roll. I did realy enjoy Life restored.
I think I would have to give this Album a 7 out of 10.
God creates. Man just perverts it.

It's not my favorite of theirs, but it's a great CD! It would've been worth it only for "Old Time Romans Road" and "You Booked Me All Night Long" but there are more!!!

The originals *are* great songs (especially "Old Time Rock and Roll"!!!). When these guys redo a song, it's not because the original is bad; they just happened to think up some lyrics that would help share the Gospel in a new, creative and memorable way.

A good cd. I love the parody of "All the small things" it's one of my favorite songs. Can't say i care much for all the classic rock stuff just because I've never heard it before (parodies improve immensely if you know the original song), but my dad likes them.

I enjoy this album very much except for "Stay in the Light," because I think the vocals are just naturally annoying, in the original and in this. But hey, they're out there to spread the word to those who are fans of such music, so I can't really take points off for that.

So what about the upsies of the album?

The Bethlehemian Rhapsody is very nicely done, and what I like about it better than its original, the Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen, is that it has a more positive flow to it. It's a bit of a contrast between a guy who can't face his problems, then someone who takes them head-on in the Lord's name. I think that's something that people need to hear a bit more today.

The Real Sin Savior, when I heard it on the radio, made me love ApologetiX once I heard it! I haven't heard the original, The Real Slim Shady by Eminem, but the rap is nicely done, and I heard on their interview on the radio that it was a very tough song to do (the lyrics). I can't possibly count how many times I've listened to it!

Rock and Roots I just can't stop listening to!

Life Restored was definitely a true transformation from the original Last Resort by Papa Roach! Last Resort has such a sad energy to it, but Life Restored had quite the opposite! It was positive and had a good message to it.

Overall, 10/10!

This was my first Apologetix album, and I'm glad I got it. The strange thing is, before this, I was never too in to secular music. So I never new the real songs lol. But great album, and fun band.

How can I be loved by the one, who conquers all I am, my soul, waits for you.-Sick of CHange

Simple Pleasures long forsaken, now you just keep making the same mistakes, and nothing makes sense to you now, you pop the pills all one by one, you might as well be holding a loaded gun, cuz it destroys all you know.-SeventyTimesSeven-my band

They say I'm rare, if being rare is Loving God, life, and being naturally happy, then that is a sad statement.
