Did any of you see XXX? If you did what did you think of it? Just looking for opinions.

O no. I recall seeing lists where you put it at the top of your list. Thats why my second question was asking if it was just a personal favorite. I was seeing if the other list was a personal favorites list. I assumed it was. I wasn't sure how to post my last post. I rewrote it like 8 times and it always looked funny or was confusing.

One of the cheesiest movies of all time.

"Welcome to the Zander Zone" made me laugh, though. Their stunts were amazingly unrealistic.

That's all I have to say about that.

The movie was seriously cheesy, but I thought that the fact it was so unrealistic was one of the funnier parts of the movie.

What are the thoughts of the group on Anger Management and Mr. Deeds? I have alot of friends telling me to go see them.. thing is, I'm not necessarily a fan of Sandler so I'm just curious what you thought of those two.

( I know, I'm a pest! but hey it's what I do best!)

Haven't seen Mr. Deeds.

I thought that Anger Management sucked. Not really funny, and kinda stupid.

They're both typical Sandler films. Mr. Deeds has a very heavy/sappy romance story in it, a la Wedding Singer. Anger Management has the romance but it isn't nearly as heavy handed. Jack Nicholson adds a good bit to the film, but its still a typical Sandler film

So, Sean! Do you suggest that I see Anger Management and Mr. Deeds? What is your opinion Sean?

I don't know what kind of movies you like so I won't give you an opinion. That would be silly. Without giving away plot points I can attempt to describe the movie to you. If you don't like Sandler's other films, there isn't any reason you should like either of these films. They follow the Sandler formula and have Sandler humour.

I have only seen one of Sandler's movies and I thought it was funny. but I'm more into the action movies. What do you suggest in the action arena?

Okay... more specific.. a serious action movie w/out too much gore but with a bit of a romantic side to it as well.. something that is really sweet, but you are just rooting for the hero to win the battles... or something like that.

Why not watch "Speed"? Pound for pound, that's probably the best action movie ever made.

Isn't Speed the one with Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock?I think I've seen Speed, but not Speed2. Any other options? What is the Killer about? I've never heard of it!

As much as I hate to say it, some of Bruckheimer-produced films are pretty good action flicks, the best one probably being "Enemy of the State" with Will Smith and Gene Hackman. Interesting action and a thought-provoking plot in these surveillance happy times.

Obviously, any Indiana Jones movies also qualify as great action movies. Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon is great even if you don't typically like martial arts movies...Aliens is also good too, though maybe too gory for you.
