Taylor 555

Ok, there is a Taylor 555 for sale near me. Used, but looks to be in very good shape. The only problem is, I don't know the going price for a 555. I can't seem to find it anywhere.I kinda like to know if I'm getting a good deal if I buy it, so does anyone know the normal price? Thanks.

I always try to get about 50% off retail. Retail for this guitar is 2,688.00 and I wouldn't give anyone more than $1,300.00 If I were you. If it's in mint condition I would offer him $1,300. If it's a few years old I would probably try $1,200-$1,250. Hope this helps!

I suggest that you find out what year it was manufactured and check ebay for how much a 555 goes for in that condition and that age.

They are asking $1000, but aren't firm, so I may be able to get it for less....but I don't know if I want to shell out that much right now.:kconf: Prayer time!:kangel: Thanks guys!

Sadly, I must pass on this deal. :ksad: I just can't get the funds together...that is, unless I stop eating for a few months. :ksmile: Thanks for the help anyway.

Sorry to hear you couldn't get it, man. But it would only be a few months of no food.

Haha. Leave him alone, he loves food more than guitars. I know that is wrong, but show some sympathy.
