Am I the Only One?

Am I the only one that doesn't like LOTR at all? I finally watched the entire thing tonight, after previously giving it 2 tries. Those two tries I made it about an hour and a half into it before I got insanely bored and turned it off. Holla back if you're on here and did NOT like LOTR

You need to specify which one, because there are two LOTR movies out, although I guess you mean Fellowship of the Ring because you say you "turned it off."

I didn't think they were though.

Brooksie is brave to mention such a thing around here. You're likely to get stoned for spreading blasphemy like that...

...actually I didn't realy enjoy FOTR that much. I thought it was well made and had a good story, but I also found myself looking at my watch a lot during the film. The non-action sequences seemed to drag an awful lot. I enjoyed Two Towers a lot more, but didn't think it was made as well. Also I was offended by the insensitivity of the diretor. I think it was horrible of them to name a movie that so close t o the attacks of 9-11.

They didn't name it. Tolkien did...quite a while ago.

Really... there are already WAY too many threads about these movies. You can issue a grievance in one of those.
