This thread looks like it's a little old, but I'll post anyway.
I voted for Gandalf, mostly because I like how he is so wise, and I like his clothing and his pipe. I also really like Strider a lot, and I like Lord Sauron also. Lord Sauron is my user name for Gamespy Arcade for online gaming. The movie The Fellowship of the Ring was really really good.


Oh ya, and the Ring Wraiths are really cool too.

And just what's wrong with Cirdan???

I voted other. My favs would be the barely mentioned Elendil; Gil-galad, Glorfindel, and Elrond.

If we go Silmarillion, I'd have to say Beren One-handed and Turin Turambar.

Lord of the Rings Trivia
Anybody up for some LotR trivia? Ask any question that concerns the books(Hobbit, LotR, Silmarillion, Unfinished Tales, etc), but nothing from the movie.

I'll start, and whoever gets it right goes next, okay? Does this sound like fun to anybody else?

Smeagol is/was a hobbit, or at least a distant relation to hobbits.
