| Hey, SCCHarpGirl, that FoxTrot is really funny!
I'd have to say maybe Tom Bombadil, or else Gandalf (or maybe Frodo). I'm not voting, though. Too much favortism ( ) |

| Tom Bombadil
Followed by Sam, Smeagol (I felt sorry for him when I read the Hobbit as a kid, so my parents say) and Gandalf. |

| This thread looks like it's a little old, but I'll post anyway.
I voted for Gandalf, mostly because I like how he is so wise, and I like his clothing and his pipe. I also really like Strider a lot, and I like Lord Sauron also. Lord Sauron is my user name for Gamespy Arcade for online gaming. The movie The Fellowship of the Ring was really really good.
Oh ya, and the Ring Wraiths are really cool too.

j/k
1.Aragorn/Strider/Elfstone/ Strider/ Longshanks/Wingfoot/Elessar/ Thorongil/Estel/Telcontar/The Dunedain (yes I had go look those up for the sake of the joke)
2.Gandalf
3.Saruman(when you find out what's he's doing at the end of the series it's cool) |

| I voted for Pippin. even though his character doesn't come out much until the second and third movie.

j/k | And just what's wrong with Cirdan???
I voted other. My favs would be the barely mentioned Elendil; Gil-galad, Glorfindel, and Elrond.
If we go Silmarillion, I'd have to say Beren One-handed and Turin Turambar. |

| Lord of the Rings Trivia Anybody up for some LotR trivia? Ask any question that concerns the books(Hobbit, LotR, Silmarillion, Unfinished Tales, etc), but nothing from the movie.
I'll start, and whoever gets it right goes next, okay? Does this sound like fun to anybody else?
This should be an easy one: Who was Aragorn's father? |

| Elwing was wife of Earendil, mother of Elrond and Elros. Do we really need another LOTR thread? |

| Smeagol is/was a hobbit, or at least a distant relation to hobbits.
meatfinger:
C'mon, this should be fun! We already had a ton of discussion threads, so I thought that something fun would be, well, fun
Anyway, it's your turn now. |
