What's your vocal part?

Soprano, alto, tenor, baritone, or bass?

Bass parts are normally to low for me, and Tenor parts are normally too high....so I guess that makes me a Baritone.

I'm more dominatly Soprano, but I can also sing a lot of alto depending on how well I've exercised my voice.

The switching between all four.
The ability to go from bass to saprano is what I'm working on.
Like a slide in your voice.

Well I was an alto in the choir about 6 years ago but then when I joined the worship team I found I was better at saprano!!! I so prefer it now!!! But I'm not that screeching kind of saprano!! My voice is a rich, deep, saprano

I wish I could be a soprano...

I mean, I love being an alto...it's fun just busting out notes way down there (yesterday...I hit a D below middle C! yeah!) but I would give anything to be able to just float up there...

Well, god made me the way I am...!

I sing alto in choir, but if I get warmed up well enough I can sing soprano and tenor as well.

okay, what are the required ranges for each group? I suspect I'm an alto, but no one's ever told me...

tenor, yes...tenor. My girlfriend is a crazy-good soprano. She's encouraging me to practice...

Yeah, I'm generally a second soprano (not the screechy kind nix)
but I can sing without sounding high. Another girl in our youth group is a 1st soprano and she can't almost sing anything without sounding like alvin and the chipmunks (we love her though )

I was kidding about that, just so you know.

I *think* I'm a tenor, but I don't really know. I have a fairly large range.
