Oh, I had my own interesting day! My mother flew to Florida early this morning, and when she comes home on Wednesday she will be bringing my grandpa with her... This, most likely means that I will have less practice time (due to the fact that grandpa, more likely, wouldn't like anything that I really enjoy playing [mostly because it "has a beat"])... I played for my church both morning services, and played for our ounce a month night service. It all went suprisingly well... I got fitted for a tux today, since my bro is gettin married on May 3rd!!!!

ha ha, you posted the same exact post in my blog a little while ago, that's awesome!

yeah, I admit I copied that for my own blog. I finnaly got to go snowboarding last night, and I don't even hurt today! I saw my cousin while I was there, I didn't do any real special tricks yesterday, except a manual. It was very cold, I couldn't feel my finger on the lift rides! I might be going again on Monday with my brother (I went with my Church last night). It's getting pretty crazy around here, my mom's back, she brought grandpa with here, and I haven't been practicing with my guitars as much. I'm finnished venting- for now...

Hi everyone,
I thought I would post the equipment I use on here, so here it goes.

Guitars:
Epiphone Special (electric guitar, stripped down Les Paul)
Ovation Celebrity (acoustic, borowed from my sisters husband)
Washburn Force ABT (bass, I'm borrowing it from the lead guitarist at our church)

Amp:
Legend Model A30 (this is an amp from about 1982, my bro found it in someones trash and retrieved it for me, it's worth about $250. It has a tube preamp and a solid state poweramp. It has 30watts of power.)

In combo with the Legend amp, I use a 12" Pioneer sub-woofer for when I play bass!

Effects:
Rat II Distortion pedal (found with the same trash, someones kid must have gone away for a while...)
Ibanez PT3 multi-effects proccesor (this was my 16th b-day present)

Tuner:
Boss, digital type.

Cables:
All found with the amp, although I wouldn't mind getting some of those new Mooneyes cables or Monster Cables.

Picks:
Jim Dunlop .60mm nylon picks.

Dream Setup:
Paul Reed Smith Dragon
Fender Jazz Bass with Bartolini active pickups
Mesa Boogie: I really don't care, just give me a Boogie!
MONSTER CABLES, ALL MONSTER CABLES!!!
Digitech GenetiX effects processor.

Yeah, that's pretty much it.
Tim

Hi all, I went boarding again Saturday. Nothing broken still!!! I went to the adult worship practice yesterday. I haven't been to it for a few months, but I had three of the musicians ask me when I was coming back a few weeks ago. Seems that we don't have a back-up bass player, so that'll be my role soon. My youth bands current song line up for anyone interested is: My Glorious, (You Are) Amazing, Bend My Knee, Everyday, and But If Not. We didn't play last week, since our soundman had knee surgery.
Later,
tim

I got a checking account the other day! They even gave me a MAC card (no debit cards until you're 18 though). Know I can sell stuff on ebay with paypal as well. We'll see... Not much else new here though, except that my sister and brother-in-law are going to Colorado the begining of Febuary. They will be skiing at Breckenridge for a week! I wish I could go...

Hmmmm..... Judging by my last few replies.... Life has been sort of boring the last few weeks. I sure hope I get invited to go to Holiday Valley this year, my skiing/snowboarding highlight of the year!
I went to a youth group super bowl party on sunday. Huge twelve foot tv, food, PS2, middle school gym, and huge inflatables! A whole lot of fun and crazy, uh.... fun!

gtg,

Tim

yeah.. just stood out. anyway.. just 'dropping in' to say hello. Kinda wierd though.. who came up with the term 'dropping in'? Does that really seem logical to literally drop into a location and greet another human being like yourself? ha. I thought so.

Anyways, catch ya' here and just down the road at my blog!

Yeah, I noticed that when I was typing it... pretty funny!

Most of the songs that we play at my church are ones from Willow Creek in Chicago (i.e. the largest church in america).

If anyone's interested, Relient K has all the songs from their new cd (but not to be released till March 11) on their website (link in my sig)!!!!!

Pressin on,

Tim

I got my allergie shots today. Real exciting, huh? I thought so...
Well, it wasn't to bad, my sis should be coming back from Colorado soon. My sister (I don't think I've mentioned this yet) lives in Auburn, Indiana. Where the Auburn, Cord, and Deusenburg were manufactered. Ebay also hold a huge live auction there once a year! It's called Kruise International and there are literally thousands of cars. Porche, Lambo, Ferrari, you name it, it's probably there! Pretty crazy... That's all the special stuff I have to share today...
