| Well... I ripped my new pod cds earlier So I have TFEoS, Snuff the Punk (I got used for $8! special edition) and Payable On Death... I still have to rip Satellite and buy the special edition of Brown (I couldn't find it anywhere in CO ). I also have both my new Blindside cds... The Benjamin Gate is playing right now (I'm using it instead of winamp, hehe), I have both their cds on here... both Pax 217s cds... basically all my cds and some mp3s from band sites and such, like Antiskeptic, Wishful Thinking, Sackcloth Fashion, Luke Geraty etc... it says I have 740 songs on it... and I've only used a fraction of the space available on it! Plenty of room to grow over the next few years It's a Rio Karma... and has 18.5 gigabites of space (even though the package says "20 gig," but that's the way harddrives work, it's weird)... this thing is pretty sweet though, and supports more file formats than the iPOD Plus it's cheaper for what you get... more bang for the buck
Enough tech talk...

| it has some videos... but I think that remastering should be enough
It is a Rio Karma, and it cost me $249 on amazon... but, they raised the price (we almost cancelled it when it was taking so long, but then decided we weren't going to get a better price anywhere else). They are hard to get though, so 300 is the norm. Still much better priced than the iPOD or iPOD mini.
GTG!
Tim
*edit* The website for Rio is www.rioaudio.com, the Karma is their only "big" mp3 player (they do have the nitro, it is 1.5 gigs though). Also... be warned that it's hard to find these in stock ...which is why it took amazon so long (that and we tried to upgrade the shipping towards the end of may, and they made it like a new order and it took longer!). Peas...

| Yeah... it's bigger than the harddrive that used to be in this computer (it was 15gigs, but I bought and installed an 80gig around christmas )... and it fits in my pocket pretty well, I love this thing I just need to figure a way to get it to work in the car... then I can leave my cd wallet at home! lol

They sell the Nitro here, and my friend had one, but he dropped it and BANG!-there went all his files. So I dunno..that's why I'm hesitant about investing in one, versus burning CDs.

| Yeah... I think that the nitro isn't as high of quality as this (or so I've heard). But yeah... the music videos are just live ones, Selah and Full Color... I think

| Hmmm... I dropped it this morning getting into the car It still works, but it just happened to land on the scroll wheel.. which is screwed up now and doesn't work So I need to have it fixed, luckily it's still under warranty! I will buy a better case for it when I get it back... it only came with a little velvet bag, not much protection there... at least I didn't lose my songs... but I might lose em' anyway when they fix it (if they just send me a new one instead of fixing it).
So yeah... bummer.
WOOO! My youth group is going to Cedar Point tomorrow! Ryan and Mike are going... it's going to be so much fun!!!

| I went to Cedar Point yesterday... and rode what is currently the tallest and fastest roller coaster in the World, Top Thrill Dragster 0-120mph in 2 seconds.... (that's about 0-192kph)... it's just crazy, you're supposed to have your head against the seat before it starts, I can't imagine what it would be like if you didn't... whiplash I'd think hehe, but that was just insane... insanely cool, but insane It was great... yeah.
So yeah, someone gave me a computer the other day (if I didn't already post this)... about 2 years old, 900mhz and 30gig hdd. It had been in their basement when it flooded and quit working, but after I tinkered with it a bit, it seems to be working pretty well... so that's cool
Oh, and I had a bit of trouble getting the mp3 player returned... rio didn't want to because "it had been dropped" (even though my warrenty says "abuse," not "dropped" that is not covered)... so we went to amazon instead and they seem happy to replace it (btw, I had gotten some guy from india who I'm sure was reading from a script... therefore, I wouldn't have gotten anywhere with him unless I said exactly the right things).... it sucks when you call a company like that, and you can't talk to someone who cares (i.e., a person with ties to the company who is more willing to keep a customer than to take your money... refuse you proper service... and lose a return customer in the progress. Rio made a great product, I know this for a fact... but their customer service just sucks). So anywho... just venting here

That is def. one of the suckier things in life. sorry about that but I'm glad Amazon cares enough about their customers to take care of your MP3 player.
