not your average pop

kinda like audio adrenaline meets third day.

alot of people are comparing them to jars of clay too,but the only way they remotely resemble the jar boys,is the manner in which this album was recorded.a very good pop/folk/rock album.i wouldn't call this the masterpiece that jar's first album became.but thsi is a very well produced, and well written album, from a very fresh group of musicians.i hope these guys can make it.

for fans of :third day, audio adrenaline, nine days

i gave it a nine

daily planet

Daily Planet is the coolest new band around. Jesse Butterworth is a very talented writer and their musical perfomances are awesome too. You can really tell their hearts are in it, and you can tell God is working through them with their music.

I was really expecting more out of this CD...too much of what Third Day and Audio Adrenaline sound like and not enough our Daily Planet original sound...

This disc really surprised me! I was visiting a friend with very discerning (or is that discriminating) tastes and she recommended them. Excellent CD! They remind me a bit of Queensryche with some Third Day thrown in for good measure. It works! And the songwriting is great, especially "Six String Rocketeer" and "Hero". I can't listen to this enough!

Unique!

This CD has greatly broadened my horizon on the music I like. I have grown to love this new CD because of its own special originallity. I give it 4 stars. 6 String Rocketeer I give 5.5 stars (out of 5) to though. Great song. Overall, I'd say this is another hit band that is helping shape the rock world back to acoustic rock roots.
