| this cd rocks. i give it a 9.99 only because the first 3 songs almost start off the same. but that's not a big deal. i love the first 4 songs the best, but the whole cd is really good. i saw them live and it was the best hardcore show i've ever been to. they played with beloved, kyds vs. columbus, and scary kids scaring kids. mewithoutYou was supposed to play but the van broke down so they couldn't make it. they're a really good band too, everyone should check them out. yeah, i agree about them being crazy. the hm article is completely accurate. if they come to u'r town, go see them. that's all there is to it. well, ttyl folks. keep on rockin

| i realize they are luti-kriss, i was just saying i personally prefer the luti-kriss albums to the norma jean album. i love it when i talk to some scenster kid from california who claims he loves norma jean, but when i ask if he listens to luti-kriss, he starts swearing up and down that he doesnt liosten to rap or hip-hop.....hilarious. |

| I can't believe I haven't reviewed this CD yet. I absolutely love this album. It kicks all sorts of butt. It has clever and insightful writing, even if you can rarely understand the lyrics. This album is so energetic, with some amazing drum beats and off-kilter guitars. It gets a 10, though I have yet to hear any of their Luti-Kriss albums. |

| Wow.... Norma Jean is my FAVORITE band EVER. I love the song "It was as if a dead man stood upon the air..." Which is about hanging yourself haha but to me, it seems like... when life gets so hard and you feel like you want to die just think about what you're doing. And I love "The Shotgun Message" and "The Human Face, Divine..." If you like really hard passionate music then get this album it's worth every cent. Get it now...
now. |

| This cd is so awesome, I love the lyrics. I also love how progressively written the music is written, yeah, it's just such an awesome cd. It's great how the songs really go together, like the whole thing is live or something, it's great. Definately a 10. |

#12 | | Guest | I would have to agree I like Luti-Kriss better, they had more blunt lyrics and I like the whispers and almost a little "rap" sound to it(Body of God). They changed a lot from Luti-Kriss to Norma jean alright. I was hxcmp3.com and cam across this song and it was a redone version of Face:Face, but it was country style, it was really rad, funny.
Who is the current vocalist of Norma Jean now? I've heard everybody say that Josh was so much better, never heard the other(s) though. | |

| norma jean is excellent. this cd is awsome especially memphis. almost time for their new album. i get to see them next month, can't wait. i've been debating whether norma jean or the chariot is better. i can't decide. the chariot show i went to was awsome. what made it even better was having showbread followed by bradley hathaway go on before them. so i don't know if the norma jean show has a very fair chance.
