| Dieting Anyone watch what they eat? I used to have to in order to cut weight for wrestling...but, that's not quite normal  . I don't think I have the discipline to diet...I can't even stop eating midnight meals. |

| i don't at all. lol if i did i'd lose what little weight i have. i think i have the distintion of being the lightest person my age that i know of. |

  | not really, I try not to overeat and to only eat when Im hungry.....but other than that......not really........I want to lose about 5 or 10 lbs.....  ....the braces I now have help.....because I cant eat too much....its too much trouble.........

| I try to eat stuff that I don't feel guilty about and I work on being healthy when I can without seriously depriving myself...but when someone shows up with yummy stuff all that goes out the window. :ktongue: |

| Yeah, I do. I TRY to only eat when I'm hungry. I stay away from fast food, that stuff can kill you. Mostly I lean toward just healthier versions of everything. Whole wheat bread, diet sodas, low fat cheese/mayo etc. It helps to stay away from unnecissary condiments, like cheese/mayo/jelly etc, cause they can add a lot of calories. I dunno, I guess I'm weird tho.

| I watch what I eat. I'm 6 ft, 180 lbs and have hardly an ounce of fat on me, but thats because the men in my family have really bad heart problems, so I've decided to work and eat healthy so I don't have to develope those problems. And no, I'm not a 40 year old man, I'm 16. |

| 5'10" and like 160. I don't do diets, I exercise(but not lately). My mother and sister are on atkins, and there's no bread, mayonase, or even things in the freezer! No frozen fries, pizzas, or even good stuff! No lunchmeat, nothing! I'm starving!  |
