seen a physician, yep saw him walking by. Ok, I still do not like the beatles. I just do not. I like more intricate music than they play.

it has been said that phil kaegy is the best acoustic guitarist ever, whether it be christian or secular, but besides that I would have to go with the lead guitarist of disciple for electric, if you ever have the opportunity to see them in concert go for it, the lead guitarist is insane, their cds don't even come close to capturing his talent.

Phil Keaggy - not only is he a great player, he's diverse - he can play electric, acoustic, and classical guitar - and is excellent at all of them. Lincoln Brewster is also very talented.

Phil Keaggy

Kerry Livegren (Kansas, AD)

Jeff Sheetz

ive read a whole lot of names mentioned on here, and i dont know if anyone knows of pete stewart formerly of grammatrain, and now does solo work and work with the guys from dctalk. but he is an excellent guitarist on electric.

and for acoustic my vote definitley goes out to shane barnard, his work with the acoustic is incredible, and is what inspired me to start playing and stuff. if youve never listened to his music, listen to either psalm 118, or listen to unto you, you will be amazed by his ability.

i know that the dude from stryper was pretty bad as well on electric, and ive never really sat down and listened to keaggy, but i will take everyone and their dogs word on him being the best. but i think the two i listed definitley deserve a vote.

Preach it!!! I've been a Pete fan for quite a while now. He's not the greatest Christian guitarist ever, but he's definitely in the upper echelon.

Also Will Derryberry. Funny name, great guitarist. He plays the blues SRV style, and he's really, really good at it.
