| Christian Music in the Philippines I read the thread on CCM in Asia and found a couple of posts on the Philippines. I think this topic deserves a fresh thread. For those who like Rock, check out Battery & Pigs With Pearls. Barbie's Cradle's new material is so annointed! She performs her new songs in Church but I don't know if they have compiled it in a new album. Barbie's style is like Tori Amos. There are a lot of Filipino Christian artists but I don't know if they have Christian albums out. GaryV still comes top of mind. If you know of any, I'd like to find out also.  |

 |  kabayan!! hey you!! wow... i never thought i'd see another Filipino in here... hehe... and i didn't know Barbie's Cradle is christian!!!!!!!  sheesh i'm so behind... lol... i'm guilty of not patronizing the christian gospel music in our country... i listen mostly to Hillsongs of Australia and Steven Curtis Chapman and Hosanna Integrity Music... but i definitely know Gary V is christian hehe... pm me sometimes  in Him, Twix |

| Kamusta everyone? Barbie is currently working on a new album. This will be her first album as a Christian. I don't know if this is a praise & worship album or simply an inspired one. She's a very talented songwriter and most of her latest stuff she performes in Chuch and its really great. Will keep you posted. |

| Matt Redman - the best...rally captures the worshipping heart...grabe mga kanta nito you would really Praise and worship God...kahit mga bagong renewed would learn how to worship pag yung mga kanta nya ang gagamitin... Hillsong - One of my greatest dreams is to go the Hillsong Center and worship God there...sino ba sa inyo ang nagpunta sa hillsong concert last year??? grabe sulit bitin pa nga e...Galing ng hillsong me pang congregation me pang youth...really a church of worshippers

| yup last year na rin yun...anyways i think i got the feel of how they worship regularly/weekly in the concert... do you know that they have church service for youth only? they do it every sunday and wow I think that's how united live began...grabe siguro worship nun Rock n Roll!!!

| yep... i think that's how United Live began... collection ko ang Hillsong eh... pero nde ako kumpleto... oh yes, rockers sina Reuben Morgan hehehe... may mga songs sila na parang Blink 102... 102 ba yon?? hehe anyways sa church ko we're beginning na ren to establish a Youth Worship Service... mga tipong once a month... siguro pag marami na kme pwedeng every sunday do you play any instruments? o singer ka? |

| Teka, mga nasa Pilipinas ba kayong lahat? I saw one is from Pasig and another in Muntinlupa. Kasi kung ang hanap ninyo eh maiiingay (but really heartfelt) na Worship, I'm inviting you to drop by our Youth on Fire, Saturday nights at 6, in Alabang. PM me for details. When our Church, Victory Christian Fellowship, moves to Festival Mall this summer, we'll be having acoustic nights and hopefully monthly concerts with local artists who are part of the spiritual family. | wow, inna! that would be great! pwede ba ako don e nde na ako youth? hehehe  but i'm one of the "advisers" ng youth group namin... and yes we're into maiingay na worship songs hehe... meron ding local Youth on Fire dito sa Pasig and i have heard of your church... your church is really growing... praise God for that! sige update mo ako... kme about it... sama ko mga youth leaders namin God bless! |
