Actually, it's not happening in 2003, it's happening NOW!
I will be affected by it (yipee).
It's going to be crazy hard to get into university which is why I've been trying to do anything this year to get extra cirricular activities and volunteer work done by my part to be more active in the community.
Averages are generally going to have to be about 2% higher than suggested by each University. You really have to consider that.
Ontario is such a great place though.

If you've got GREAT grades and mucho talent, then I suggest applying to Queens. I've heard that they have a great music program (I know someone in it) and Kingston is so adorable. Queens also has a very good reputation, which although sounds superficial, is still important when selecting a school.
But just a note, it's extremely hard to get into their business program. You need at least an 87% avg. and I suspect that that will be raised because of the double cohort.
