My favourites: John Grisham, Michael Crichton, Stephen King, R.A. Salvatore, Jeffrey Archer, Tolkien, JK Rowlings, Tom Clancy. ^_^... oh, CS Lewis and WEB Griffin too, before I forget.

I've just found Nathaniel Hawthorne, and I've found I adore The Scarlet Letter.

I also like J.R.R. Tolkien, Ellen Wittlinger, Sharon Creech, and...there's more, but my mind is blank right now.
