Definitely J.R.R Tolkien! Inspiration for anyone who wants to write, in my humble opinion anyway. I really liked Brian Jacques as a kid (You know, the Redwall series haha), but I haven't read that stuff in years. Pierre Berton is a good Canadian historian author, love that stuff. Favorite Christian author has to be Gary Habermas I think, brilliant, brilliant man who love God like crazy.
