Hey,

I have a 310ce Taylor acoustic-electric, and a Pf5 Ibanez Dreadnought.

I know, total opposite ends of the price spectrum...

I have two guitars.

1. My first guitar, which is a relatively cheap-y acoustic guitar I bought used from a friend.

2. A Taylor 310ce, which I bought about a year and a half ago.

I only have 3 at the moment.

1. Fender 40th ann. Stratocaster. Blue. with DiMarzio PAF Pro (neck) coil tapped, and DiMarzio Tone Zone (bridge) coil tapped, and a TBX tone control. set up for super bullet 10's

2. Fender Highway 1 Stratocaster. Honey Blonde Transparent. With a dummy coil to reduce some hummmmm.......

3. Samick Acoustic, with just a dean markley soundhole pickup. not really mine but it is my drummers and he........well........is a drummer, so I get the most use out of it.

I'm picking up a Fender Stratosonic DVII next week in red, then I will have red white and blue. yeah boys

I have:

A Jasmine by Takamine acoustic.

That's my beater guitar, I keep it out on my stand all the time and whenever I have the urge to play it's ready for me. Basically it gets a pretty bad beating every day. I've dropped it and everything. I even take it out in the rain lol. Don't have a case for it so I just carry it around, bumping into things and sometimes when I need to, I have to take it somehere and it gets wet if it's raining. It's all good though, it's a cheapo acoustic that was my first and it's pretty decent for the price.

I also have a 2002 Taylor 314.

This one's my baby. It's in the shop right now getting set up w/ new strings, and lowered action, and a neck reset. It plays like butterrrrrrrr. Love it. This one stays in the case and I keep extremely good care of this one.

I used to have a fender american strat. White on white, with the stock pups. I traded that in, got more money then what I paid for, and then used the money for the Taylor. I miss it, but I'm definately an acoustic guy.

I started to list mine, and then I realized that I can't even remember them all. I believe it's time to sell a few. I think I have about 20-25 guitars right now.

I know that's not a very expensive guitar, but it's just my first guitar that I got for Christmas. I think it plays and sounds really good, though.
I have an acoustic Fender Squier, and Ibanez GRX and I'm getting a standard Fender Stratocaster in a couple of weeks.

mmm strats.

Naw, I'm really not planning to sell any; I just don't need to buy any more. I used to be proud of my collection, but since many of them haven't even been out of the closet in years, I'm almost embarassed to let anyone know when I buy another guitar.

Not pro and not rich. I've been playing and collecting for years, and I don't have a wife to tell me no. I also find a lot of ebay specials and good local deals. I like to tinker too, so I like to find good quality cheap guitars and change pickups and stuff. I only have a handful of expensive guitars.

  • Yamaha 120SD (dual humbucker tele) - This is my current main guitar. It has DiMarzio Virtual PAFs in the neck and bridge positions and a 5-way strat switch that splits the coils in the notch positions.
  • Gibson Les Paul Standard - stock
  • Gibson Les Paul Studio - Seymour Duncan 59 neck/Pearly Gates bridge
  • '72 Fender Stratocaster - original, not a re-issue
  • Fender Richie Sambora Strat - came stock with DiMarzio PAF Pro bridge pickup and Fender singles in the neck and middle
  • Fender Paisley Stratocaster - Duncan Little 59 bridge/Duckbuckers neck and middle
  • Washburn 335 copy - Duncan '59 neck/C5 bridge
  • Yamaha Mike Stern tele - Duncan Phat Cat neck/Alnico II Pro middle/Jerry Donahue bridge
  • Yamaha 102S tele - stock
  • Yamaha 120S (dual humbucker tele) - stock
  • Yamaha RGZ - middle pickup removed, GFS humbucking strat pickup neck/DiMarzio Tone Zone bridge
  • SX Les Paul Jr. copy - stock
  • 70's Epiphone Electric - stock
  • 60's Silvertone - stock
  • Sigma acoustic
  • Fender acoustic
  • Yamaha bass
  • 70's Epiphone bass
  • Saga Tele - built from kit
  • Yamaha FGJR acoustic - bought for my daughter but used more by me
  • mini LP - also bought for my daughter

I think that's all of them.
