I'm a decent enough singer with a fairly good range, but I can't do falsetto for the life of me. Do you have any tips for developing this part of the voice?

The obvious one is practice. But finding your range in falsetto is also useful, Thom Yorke has an obscenely high falsetto, but other singers have a relatively lower falsetto. Experiment with where you can use yours, and record it, to hear if it works.

I know I am a girl...but I have such a thick lower range (chest voice) that my upper range (head voice) sound painfully thin in comparison...so I call it my falsetto...just thought you should all know that.
