Alrighty. aaahhh. I'm back. Postin' in my BLOG.
Okay. So, today was Christmas.
I love Christmas.
We went to Mass late last night. It was really cool, cause we usually go on Christmas day, so it was neat to go to Christmas eve Mass late at night.
After associating with all the people at my church (which, by the way, is my favorite place to go ), we went home, did lotsa stuff, and then went to bed.
Since I'm the oldest of 6 kids, it's awesome to watch them each year on Christmas morning. I'm between 7 and 11 years older than 4 of them, so I really enjoy seeing their happy little faces.
Like this>>>
It was a long day, but very beautiful. We didn't do our traditional trip to the grandparent's house, on account of them bein' out of town, as well as other family members, so it was a less stressfull celebration to say the least. We'll have meet with them on Epiphany, most likely.
The youth group Christmas party I orgonized is coming up on January fourth. It will be cool. (*note to self: need to buy decorations*).
I plan on buying the CD rom for teaching myself to play guitar next time I get to the guitar shop next to my sister's ballet studio, and stoked to get started. I already have the No Name Face tab book . So yeah.
I got a gift card to Tar-shay for Christmas, so I plan on buying the CDs I've been so longing for next time I go there. Jimmy Eat World's self titled album I will definitely get, and then there are a ton of others on the list I need to choose from.
Umm, I'm currently waiting for new episodes of Smallville to come. That's the only thing I watch on TV, but I'm an addict to the show, so what can I say? Oh! and speaking of Superman (kind of), my sister got me a Superman key chain for Christmas. it's awesome.
This is getting long, ttyl.

I've been meaning to go to a Catholic Christmas Mass for a long time. I probably would have made it this year, but I was out of town visiting my grandparents. One of these days... Maybe Easter...

Nope. I just like seeing how different churches worship. I've been to Pentecostal, Non-Denominational, Anglican, United, Lutheran, Missionary Alliance and Methodist churches so far. It's refreshing for me every so often to see different ways that believers worship. Especially with all the Catholic bashing that goes on in many Protestant denominations (which I think is ridiculous - as if any one denomination is flawless), I want to see them worship for myself. Denominationalism for me is neither here nor there, as long as they worship Jesus. I love my home church, but I also like diversity. I like listening all different kinds of music, I like foreign cultures and languages, I like different kinds of books and movies, and I guess it carries over into my faith. I know. I'm weird.
