Shane Barnard - I just love his voice and how he plays guitar.
Mario Frangoulis - I've JUST recently been introduced to him but his voice is almost as soothing as Josh Groban's...good stuff!
Lian O'Kane - I've listened to his recordings from age 8 (when he first started singing in the choir) to present day and his voice is still so angelic.
Jason Wade - OK well I had bf who sang me one of his songs and I loved the song so I DLed it and many more of his songs. Good stuff.

The Girls
Nichole Nordeman - She's got such an incredible voice and she is so real. I love her lyrics and most everything she has out.
Jennifer Knapp - lol she's my hero. She's a guitar chick (and darn good at it) and I like the uniqueness of her voice.
Christy Nockels (Watermark) - She's got a unique voice that can have so much power behind it, but is soothing at the same time.
Cindy Morgan - I just love her stuff...strong voice, great lyrics, good stuff.

Yea that's all I can think of right now...I'm sure I'll be back with more though.:ktongue:
Yup yup. . . Josh and Mario are fantastic!!! All we need is to find a nother young tenor then we can have the 3 Young Tenors!!! LOL!!!! :kgrin:

yeah, i love john cooper. a lot of people complain his voice is too breathy. but i think it's awesome. i love it that it's high too cuz it enables me to sing melody on practically all of their songs.

My favourites are EASILY: Jason Wade (This guys ROCKS!), Dan Haseltine, Jeff Deyo (he was MUCH better in his old SONICFLOOd days, but he is still decent now), Jon Foreman, Ed Roland (of Collective Soul), Ross Childress (formerly of Collective Soul), that guy from Coldplay (Martin, right?), Kevin Max, Martin Smith, John Rzenik (Goo Goo Dolls singer, spelt his name wrong, right? hehehe) and last, but not least, Riley Armstrong! Long list huh? I could go MUCH MUCH longer, hehehe. I could make a list of people who can't sing as well! =)

off the top of my head...

guys:
-Martin Smith (delirious?)
-speaking of delirious?, I was surprised how well StuG can sing too. At the concert I was at, he really belted it out.
-Rob Thomas (Matchbox Twenty) is pretty cool
-Bart Millard (sp?) from MercyMe has an amazing voice.

girls:
Amy Lee
Enya
Dido (I don't know if it's here voice or just her whole musical sound, but I like it)

Bono from U2
Jon Foreman from Switchyfoot..

I've just started trying to sing and whatnot, so my ear is probably not as "trained", but these have gotta be my favorite two.
