So really, "What is the air speed velocity of an unlaiden swallow?"
It's quite simple:
Drag on a body in a fluid is:
D = 1/2 (Cd*pi*r^2*rho*Vo^2) Cd = coefficient of drag of the swallow pi = 3.1415... r = radius of bird cross-section (approximating as a circle) rho = viscosity of air Vo = velocity For steady state flight, D (drag) = T (thrust), so:
------------------------------
| Vo = sqrt(T/Cd*pi*r^2*rho) |
------------------------------ |

well i finished gettin ready for class and started walkin over there at 9:30 ... we had a calc 2 quiz today ... i think i did very well on it ... there was only one problem that i felt alittle uncomfortable with ... but i believe i did it correctly ...
ne ways ... the quiz took the whole class period for most people ... so we didnt have ne thing else to do ... so after class i headed back to my apt ... i got me some food ... white castle cheese burgers ... ya know the little frozen ones you can buy at the store ... well ne ways ... i ate me that and had me a cup of apple juice along with it ... then i checked my email ... nate sent me the cutest ecard ... it was precious ... :kgrin: ... so that brightened up my day lots ... not like it needed it ... but it just made it so much better ... :kgrin: ... then i emailed him back and found a cute ecard to send him ...
and now ... bam ... im back here tellin all about my borin day as usual ... so conitnue on havin a grrrrrrrrrrrreat day ... god bless yall

sat ... i actually slept in ... i slept till 10 ... isnt that grrrrreat ... i got up ... and did all that fun stuff ... then i started the laundry ... and then got to help my mommy take everything out of the dressers in my brothers room ... she got a new set that she wanted to put in ... so got all that stuff out ... then i got to help bring them down and bring the new one up ... then i got to put everything back into the dressers ... and then disamble the bed and vaccum and such ... then it was time for me to go and get nate ... we went to christinas ... about 9:30 we headed back to his house ... and then i went home to get some sleep ...
sun ... i got up and went to church ... dropped nate and jason g. off at nates house ... went home ... changed ... packed up ... worked on my speech ... played a bit on the puter ... then packed up my car ... went and picked up nate ... headed towards baton rouge ... stopped over at arbys to eat ... then went to the downhere concert ... got autographs and such after the concert ... said bye bye to nate ... and headed to school ... took a shower ... unpacked a bit ... then waited around for nate to call me ... we talked for like 10 mins or so ... :ksad: ... and then went to sleep
today ... finally ... i got up at 8:30 ... got ready for class ... went to calc 2 ... they finally started on the next section ... i was gettin worried i would get to far ahead ... oh well ... almost done that section and fixin to go on to the next ... then came back and started lookin for a good mp3 file sharin thingy ... so if ne one knows of one please give me the link ... thankies ... then went to bowlin ... didnt do so hot ... then i came back ... and have been pokin around on here ... blah blah blah ... i have to give my speech in an hour and a half ... im probably gonna be horrible again ... *sigh* ...

| Thank you for your applause, it was nothing, really.
A good P2P program... www.kazaalite.com
That's the one I use. But don't get plain ol' Kazaa, because it includes spyware, which, on top of being really annoying, can mess with your computer. Kazaa Lite doesn't have any, and it works great.
'Twas good to see ya at church, btw sorry I couldn't stay, we were leaving right after Sunday School...

ok ok ... tues ...
i went to english class and learned that isodore was comin right at us and that it was almost here ... so after class i called home to find out what was goin on ... i went to calc and then to hist ... when i got back to my apt i checked where it was ... then i tuned into the school radio station ... they told us that we were still havin classes wed ... but i knew that they were gonna have to close school and all ... so i called home ... got the ok from my parents ... and headed on home ... i unpacked my stuff and all ... then called nate to let him know that i made it home safe ... then i went to sleep
wed. ... when i got up i went and checked to see if they had cancled classes ... they hadnt ... so i started wonderin if i should go back cuz i had calc at 10 ... my parents said that they didnt want me on the road cuz of the wind ... so i didnt go ... at about 10 i checked the school web site ... they canceled classes for wed at noon till thurs ... and that fri would be pendin ... so we just bummed around the house all day ... makin sure we had everything we would need incase it hit us hard ... at about 9 pm i was on the phone with nate ... their power went out while we were on the phone ... then i power went out 3 times ... the third time it stayed out till 7:30 thurs mornin ...
thurs ... everything was a mess ... we were lucky that we didnt wind up floodin ... but there were branches everywhere and trash and such ... lots of the roads were closed from floodin though ... i finally got in touch with nate ... they didnt have to much of a problem either ... wich was really good ... i checked to make sure all the roads i needed to get over there were open ... talked to my parents to make sure it was ok to drive ... went over there ... got home about 12 and went to sleep
fri ... got to sleep in ... YEA!!!! ... so i slept till 10 wich was great ... then i bummed around the house ... played on the puter ... finished my book i was readin ... then around 2 or so nate called ... he finished his studyin ... so i went and picked him up and we bummed at my house ... brought him home and went to bed about 12
sat ... i helped out around the house ... bummed around on the puter and all ... watched some movies ... nate called ... it took him forever to decide what we were gonna do ... finaly he decided we would go to my house and play some pedro ... then go to the movies ... after the movie was over we chilled over at his house for an hour ... then i left and went home and went to sleep
sun ... i got up and went to church ... then i went over to nates house again ... and we ate and played cards and such ... then i had to leave about 8 ... so i then went home ... packed up my things ... and headed back to school ... got there ... unpacked ... talked to nate ... then went to sleep
now finally today ... i got up and got ready for class ... went to calc 2 ... then headed back to my apt. ... ate lunch ... started studyin for my speech test ... went to bowlin ... came back ... finished studyin for my speech test ... studied my hist for my hist test ... now im catchin up on this ... and i must go now and get ready to go to my speech class ... test today ... lovery ... :kroll: ... continue havin a great day ...

| Hahaha.... poor Cat... your parents are making you evacuate. My mom is practically forcing us to stay. I seriously doubt that we will ever evacuate again for anything less than a category 5... maaaybe for a 4. Well anyway, don't want to take up to much of your thread, and I've got to get back to class anyway.
