| i would think this should go in the "How to" forum. but a b chord is x24442 with the first x the low e. Thats how i play it kinda barred or like x2444x or like xx4442. Play it like you would play an A chord but with your index striking the 2nd fret. So the 4th fret strings would be used playing your smaller 3 fingers from your middle to your pinky. |

This is the correct fingering: xx3211
But until your fingers are strong enough for that, xx4321 works great. :kgrin:
Happy strumming

| 2nd fret- dont play, barreed second, second finger on 4th fret. 3rd finger on 4th fret, 4th finger on 4th fret, barred second.
ps. the lowest number on a barre chord is the finger barre. the other numbers tell you what fret your other fingers go on, not the finger numbers

| f- put your first finger on the e and b strings, but your second finger on the second fret on the g string, then third finger third fret on your d string, then mute and mute
or a barre is 133211

| Oh, btw, if you want a cheap way of playing B (I use it almost 90% of the time) is press the notes for A, then go up two frets.
Cheap, simple, and it doesn't hurt your fingers as much.
