| Kuzco-- the emperor-turned-lamma-turned-emporer-again. the whole story is pretty much about him Yzma-- the old lady that turned Kuzco into a lamma. she's noted for being "scary beyond all reason" Kronk-- the young muscly guy that was dumb beyond all reason, and was Yzma's "sidekick" Patcha-- peasant guy that helps Kuzco make his way back to the palace in order to become emperor again
