I like it! I like how you dealt with the light, and I really like the hands. But the cross on the shirt has no indication of how the light shines on it...if you dealt with light on the cross, like you did in the rest of your composition, then it would become even better. and maybe if you want, fill in the white spaces w/some background.....but that's purely up to you as a compositional choice.
