Some British pound coins have an inscription in Welsh on the edge. I'll give you the inscription: "PLEIDIOL, WYF I'M GWLAD"... but what does it mean? |

the assasin was Lee Harvey Oswald (supposedly ) and the guy who in turn killed him I think was called Jack Ruby (?!) |

| Although a curry factory would have been pretty fitting if Lister had anything to do with it.
Okay here's my trivia Q... who played Dave Lister, Arnold. J. Rimmer, Holly and Kryton in Red Dwarf? |

| more trivia : money ok... here are a few more...about money...
1. True or false: If the US Treasury wanted to, they could place a picture George W. Bush on one of our dollar bills...(why or why not?)
2. How many states are listed on the back of the five dollar bill (and for the real adventurous: what states are they?)
3. Probably one of my hardest trivia questions: On the old design of the five dollar bill, the photograph of Lincoln was shot on what date?
4. This is a pretty easy one: What do the letters "P" and "D" stand for on our (US) coined currency?
Well, there ya go... I'm out for now... post your answers if you have them...
Press on... |

#29 | | Guest | Hey, my name's Mark, and I posted the radio stations deal.
Well, now about the Kennedy thing. The government WANTS you to believe Oswald was in the Texas Schoolbook Depository, but the real assassin was behind a fence on the grassy knoll. Hey, what STREET was Kennedy on when he was shot?
Actually, Teddy Roosevelt was the youngest president, at 42. Kennedy was 43, but he was the youngest ELECTED president, TR was sworn in after McKinley was shot. Hey, name the four presidents who were assassinated and their killers. Bonus points: where were they killed?
Alright. The radio question. W is for Westinghouse, and K is for RCA. Really. The guy who filled out the original form or whatever had a broken typewriter key, and his R looked like a K. Neat-o.
P stand for Philidelphia, D is for Denver. There also used to be an S. What was that for?
Alright, my brain hurts. Peace out.
