What is the top worship song of all time?

I voted for Heart of Worship.. but I REALLY REALLY love the song "Jesus, Lover of my Soul"... you know; 'Jesus .. you're the lover of my soul.. jesus i will never let you go'... i think the supertones play it in a very cool way

I think that I can only imagine is the best, because, what is worship? It is practicing for heaven. That song is all about imagining that you are in God's presence in heaven and worshiping Him.

I'm the youth worship leader at church so I like to think I know what I'm talking about. Just because you can play chords for the song easily doesn't make it great. You are supposed to give God your best for worship- not what is "easiest for you."

I can only imagine is a great song, but it really isn't a worship song. It is more of a song explaining Bart Millard's curiosity about heaven. Don't get me wrong though, I love the song.

I think the Heart of worship is great because it is basically surrendering yourself to God and proclaiming that it isn't about us- it's all for him.

I could sing of your love is also great because His love is so awesome that I could sing about it forever. But, I think most of the time these words are empty and it's more like "I could sing of your love when I feel like it."

Another favorite of mine is I am in Love with You by Daryl Evans. It explains that our thirsting for God can't be satisfied and we love him so much that we can't get enough.

Another AWESOME song that is fairly new is You are my World. In the chorus it explaines that God is all that matters and he is what we live for.

I guess there are literally hundreds of other songs that are spectacular but I can't list them all so I won't.:kshifty: :kshifty: :kshifty: :kshifty:

How can the best worship song be about you or me it must be about Jesus. I could sing of your love forever, I could only imagine...all about ME ME ME Sing about Jesus. Throw about any worship song that has I as the subject. I always get in the way. The best worship song is the best song chosen at the best time. I've lead "I wont back down" by Tom Petty, "in a world that keeps on drag'n me down...gonna stand my ground." so many kids said it was the right song at the right time. Once we were singing "Our God is an Awesome God" a short song but the kids kept sing it over and over again even after i wanted to stop. That was the best worship song at that time.

My Glorious is an awesome song i like the others but My Glorious is the funnest song to play we play it Youth sometimes nd i got to start it off and u could just feel God in it.

I think one of the greatest songs are shout to the Lord, we willl worship, and holy and anointed one. My favorite spanish ones are Dios Tu eres mi sustento, Alma Mia. Adonde iremos, and Vine adorar a Dios.

draw me close, happy song, and clean hands are my all time favorite worship songs. they are all for different settings, but they all rock. i really love all worship music. those are just some of my favorites.

So, who here can Imagine what it is going to be like when we get to Heaven, when we see Jesus. Will we run to Him and embrace Him?? Will we dance for Him or with Him?? Will we sing and clap?? What do you think that you will do when you meet with Him?? I can't wait until that day when I will be surrounded by His glory!!!! I just want more of Him, I desire for Him to consume. I need God. I need to need God. We all do. He is so good. Yeah.......I don't know if I was supposed to go off on all this, but.....I guess I did. I think that I posted this before, but I think that "I can only Imagine :is the song that I would have to pick. But a close second would be the "Heart of Worship." Worship is the desire of my heart, I can't get enough of it. God Bless to all.
