I personally like Sean Astin. I've kinda grown up with him Toy Soldiers and some other stuff. I was pretty jazzed that he was going to be in the LOTR story. He played great as Sam. Love the character. See a lot of myself in Sam and my best friend says so too. Very loyal and stuff.

'Please don't be turning me into somethin..... unnatural':keek:

Sam was awesome too! I just saw an interview of Sean Astin on Regis and Kelly. it was funny!

The only actor I can think of that wasn't great at acting their part was Elrond. he didn't seem like an elf, I liked him better in The Matrix. The two that I think did the best acting are Orlando Blume and the guy that played Aragorn (I forget his name)
