i have been playing ever since i got my new guitar.. my birthday may 16th this past year, and i play like 2 hours a day. the first song i ever learned was "kiss me" by sixpence none the richer.

I have played about a year and some odd mounths
I'm pretty much all self tought but I play guitar 2-6 hours a day
and I started playing at my youth group for about 6 mounths
So any one out there that just started playing guitar don't
worry about getting lessons or any thing rite away

i've been playing bass for about 2 years now. The first song i learned how to play on bass was devil's dance by metallica, i learned it the first day i had my bass....

I coming up on my 3rd year aniversary of playing guitar. I first got a Washburn acoustic. Then a Kramer focus electric. I use a fender frontman w/reverb as a stereo outlet for my digitech RP200 digital effects pedal. So, in other words, I have a bunch of decent but cheap equipment. I am going to be in a worship band soon though so I will probably get a new acoustic, a Martin maybe, if I can gather enough money together.

For my aniversary I am going to learn some cool new song, and then turn up my guitar to a ridiculous level and play it while jumping around.
