I would appreciate it if someone could go into more detail as to why the movie is so good, and if possible, what about the music enhances it. |
I guess I liked it alot because I watched it with low expectations and was surprised how good it was! The acting's decent, it has a good moral, and it's the first time I've heard Jars of Clay in a "major" movie, lol! Mandy Moore sings a great song in the middle of it, I didn't really like the last one she sang. It's not the greatest movie in the world, but it was pretty good. |

| Interesting. I can't say that I'll watch it anytime soon since there are so many other movies I want to see ahead of it. But if for some odd reason I ever get around to watching a chick flick, it will be A Walk To Remember. |

| the best use of music was in Monty Python and the holy grail when sir galahad I think is charging the castle to break up a weddding and the drum role goes and hes running toward it then it stops and he starts running from the same spot *more drum roll) etc etc etc........ha ha thats SO classic

| I just watched Dr. Strangelove for the first time a couple of days ago (I'm a somewhat new Kubrick fan), hence the avatar.
*spoiler ahead*
Anyway, I loved the way Kubrick mixed a happy, optimistic song with footage of the destruction of Earth. It worked very well. |

Perhaps you mean Switchfoot...(Although I can't imagine how you got those two confused...) |

| Jars of Clay's "Flood". It wasn't a major part, just in the background, on Landon's stereo. |

| I think Lord of the Rings had a way-out soundtrack. So cool. Also I don't know why, but I think the Horation Hornblower series has cool music. Especially their theme song. Just one of my fav theme songs. Cool cool!
