It's still a red square, blue triangle, and green circle. Yeah, it's really not that great.

I think you're too hard on yourself, sazahko! Sure, it was a little sloppy, but the groove was definitely there, and I really liked your ideas. It seemed a little Gadd-ish

Thanks, spartandrummer. I think part of it is I'm just not used to being recorded. I'm fine playing in front of a group, but when it comes to just me and the mic...I sorta freeze. I'll keep tryin', maybe try and get a recording of me playing with a groups. Thanks, again.

Here's my humble offering. I'm really not a drummer, I'm a guitar player at heart, but somewhere along the lines I picked up a few things on drums. This was recorded about 4 years ago, but honestly I haven't improved much since. I keep better time now, and that's about it.

Geez, better than anything I could ever do. That's pretty cool.

Yeah man, that's some solid stuff right there. Nice and tight, and giving the solo instruments a good foundation for their excursions. I love your snare sound, though I'm not too hot for your toms--I like more resonance and tone than on this recording.

My only critique is that you sound really right-hand heavy on the fills beginning at 3:00; I don't know if that's intentional or unconscious. Other than that, though, it was some good stuff.

Here's a video I took at 5 in the morning last night. I'm playing along with a band in the box track I made for an original tune of mine. I was pretty out of it when I recorded this (tired)

We had a hacker a month or two ago, and I guess they deleted all the attachments, that's why there's no clips here any more.
