wow... there sure is lots of awesome bass players here. If only you guys were more prevalent around here . It's soooo hard to find a good bass player. I used to have one, but he didn't want to play our style of music anymore. Now we have some guy who can pretty much pluck out the root notes unless I specifically show him something else to do. Oh the agony...

Hm, the hardest song i can play.. Well im learning victor wootens clasical thump.. I can play through to the tapping, then i am pretty lost.. Never heard any of dream theater's stuff, but i assume there good.. anybody here heard of marcus miller? Or steve patitucie..? there's one other but i cant remember hsi name right now.. But they are pretty darn good.. I can make up a new and rocking bass line for any praise song i want.. Infact i have made a new bass line for every praise song i know, and they all RAWK, or so im told...

This may sound odd, but alot of classical music has good bass line, such as Bethoveen (sp?). Sure it's actaully a bass violin but it's not that hard to switch the part to bass guitar.

Classical music invented the basso continuo. I like the basso continuo is Pachebel's Canon.

Well, I can play everything but the solo in Maxwell Murder... I just started playing it today though... Maybe I'll be able to play it completely in the future... On, guitar I can play all but the solo on Sweet Child of Mine... (I don't play guitar often, though)

Edit: Yes, I used a tab. I am lazy.
