French Christian Music

Does anyone know of some good modern french Christian music. I am wanting to get some, but don't know if there even is anything. I am talking, worship, alternative, rock, rap, r & b, anything fun.

Nope, I'll have to second the question... the only French Christian music I've heard was praise and worship stuff, and it was -really- badly translated... Like, in one song, "heart of worship" became "l'essence meme de l'adoration"... it was kinda amusing to hear the singers scramble to fit all the extra syllables in, but... :kduh:

I'm french and it's true that during many years, the worship we used to do was only a translation of american worship. But there are a lot of christian bands. Essentialy rock but there are also RnB and rap band (I'm working with some!!). And we have some good worship songs.

You can contact me if you want to hear about it!!!

Excuse my english
God bless y'all

If you good music, on the european side of things, there's a group called EXO, I'm not exactly sure what kind of music it is, but it's well know. There are more and more little groups of all kinds appearing.

If you really want to buy Chris. French music, then I can find you titles in a specific kind of music.

Hello,
I know of an international group that produced EXO; it is in French and the music is a beautiful combinatin of Zouk, Fench, South african and other types of music. It was recorded as a worship CD or CDs in concerts.
It is a serie of CDs EXO1, EXO2, EXO3...EXO5.
You can get these CDs in France or Belgium or may be Quebec Canada.
I am looking for the same thing, french christian music.

God bless you Mary.
