I play bass guitar in our church, and my favorite line is:

-I may play bass guitar like a dude, but I touch it to bring Him glory!

And I have many favorite bible verses, one of those is Jeremiah 33:3 "Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know."

Matthew 7:7-13 is a favourite: ask and you will receive, seek and you will find, knock and the door shall be opened unto you. You parents, if your child ask for bread would you give them a rock? If they asked for a fish would you give them a snake? Of course not! If you do this, think of all that the father can give you.

Also this quote: 'You're born, you suffer, you die. Fortunately, there's a loophole.' Billy Graham.

“I choose gentleness… Nothing is won by force. I choose to be gentle. If I raise my voice may it be only in praise. If I clench my fist, may it be only in prayer. If I make a demand, may it be only of myself. “
— Max Lucado

"It is easy to love the people far away. It is not always easy to love those close to us. It is easier to give a cup of rice to relieve hunger than to relieve the loneliness and pain of someone unloved in our own home. Bring love into your home for this is where our love for each other must start."' Mother Teresa.

Some people think God is like a bitter, psycho, traffic warden. If u don't keep his hard & fast rules, he'll slap a penalty ticket on your windscreen. BUT He's actually a loving father who rips up the ticket & pays the fine Himself.

"Anyone to whom the Lord has really given His Kingdom no longer wants a kingdom in this world." (Teresa of Avila, apostle, 16th C, Spain)

"Don't let me drift too far, Keep me where you are, Where I will always be renewed
And that which you've given me today, Is worth more than I could pay, And no matter what they say
I believe in You." - Bob Dylan
