| It's a good cd if you're into Switchfoot but nothing really stands out to make it a really good cd. The other 2 switchfoot cds are, in my opinon, better.

| Like everyone else who wrote here, I have to agree that it is a good album...but not GREAT. There are admittedly some wicked songs on this CD, such as the title track which also has a very good video for it, and Company Car and Augustines Confession. In fact there ARE some very good songs on here, but they are let down by songs like under the floor and other slow songs. Actually, haven listened to it recently I have found it gets better after listening to it a few times and leaving it....but there is also a reason behind why this album is not as good. Switchfoot are clearly in the stage of changin musical direction on this album....from pop/rock/punky stuff to a more mature way of writing so I think they can be forgiven for this album...which still deserves praise...so I gave it a 10! GO SWITCHFOOT!
NEW ALBUM OUT JANUARY. Email me about Switchfoot or anything! whiteythomson@hotmail.com

| Just bought this CD at a nice discount price and was greatly impressed. I had already heard a few songs from this CD that were great, but this CD on the whole is amazingly heartfelt. This is definitely an emotional album, a solid CD from a great band. Gets a 10, and I don't give 10s lightly. |

| It would be a 10 for me, if there were more songs that stuck out to me. So I gave it a 9

| Good cd.
Amy's song is awesome, and there are several others.

Easily one of my favorite albums of all time. |

| Not a 10 CD. Very solid, good sound from a maturing band. I like it a lot. 8. |

| I give it a nine. It's not quite a ten, but anyone who likes Learning to Breathe and The Beautiful Letdown ought to check this one out. My favorite tracks are New Way to Be Human and Company Car. I should add that Only Hope is significantly better when Jon Foreman is singing instead of Mandy Moore. |
