Dave didn't play on the first record. Some guy named Stephen Cushman played. Yes, the Matts are the only ones still around since then.

It was Matt T, Matt H, Brian Pittman and the aforementioned Stephen.
I think this is one of their better cds, probably third (after Anatomy and MMHMM). I'll give it a 9.
