They aren't really that similar, but they both are good bands. Pillar is much better in my opinion. Much better guitarist. |

| I agree, it is a really good cd. But, there is a better one of them now-Where do we go from here. It is like 10 times better than Fireproof(even though this thread is for Fireproof). I wonder why there isn't a thread for Where do we go from here, yet.
Maybe I'll start one! As for Fireproof, I like it, but I don't care too much for rap rock.
The best songs on it are Fireproof, Behind closed doors, and Further from myself.
I'd probably give the CD a 10 though! |

| This album is so much better than WDWGFH?. Much more mature songwriting. I loved Fireproof, Indivisible, Echelon, songs like that. 9 from me.

This negatively affected my tone in ways that I just can't describe.
Then, on a whim, a few years ago I wandered into a Bath and Body Works store at a local mall and picked up some of their gentle foaming anti-bacterial hand cleansers.
The difference in my guitar's sound is so wickedly improved that I no longer feel the need to buy a new amp or pedals or even strings...EVER!
So, it's my belief that tone is in the soap.
Thank you and goodnight. | |

| Fireproof is definetly one of the best (in my opinion) christian hard rock/metal CD's with little screamo (of what I remember, haven't listened to that CD in a while)
At the time I bought the album, i'd say it was probably a 8.5 or 9. |

| I think this is a more Industrial album than metal. Listen to Further From Myself and Indivisible. Also, rap.

| This is a cool cd! Best song is definitely the fireproof song. Pillar has a lot of good stuff. |
