| This is a very good CD if you like acoustic "chill-out" music with very meaningful lyrics. This CD is in my CD player a lot. |

| Andrew Peterson fills the void left by Rich Mullins :kangel:
It didn't take long for me to recognize this guy's inspiration. As a long-time Rich Mullins fan, it's safe for me to say he found, in Andrew Peterson, the perfect keeper of his incredible message to the common man.
Andrew gets to the heart of his faith in the acknowledgement of what simply surrounds him - nature, his family, birth, love - and lost love, and all that God created for us. |

| Carried Along is, by far, my favorite of Andrew's three CDs (so far, anyway). It's not hard to see where his influences lie and the Rich Mullins comparison is valid in both musical and lyrical style (though AP is not a clone or copycat, either!). I would have loved to see a collaboration between the two! Andrew combines very personal lyrics with a light, catchy melody and these songs are a delight to have stuck in your head! Well done, Andrew! Songwriting, musicianship, mixing and production are all fantastic and this is a must have for any collection!
