| IMO The best Christian Album period. Every song all the way through is riveting.

| It's one of their best but a lot of the songs on it sound the same.

| This album is on of the few that I can put in my CD player and listen to all the way through. I can't say that with many other CDs. 10 all the way!

| The Original The love affair between me and Jars of Clay is a long and tedious thing, starting before I even got saved when my mother was trying to turn me on to Christian music. I used to exclusively listen to Papa Roach, Incubus, and Linkin Park with the occasional interpersing of Slipknot and Nine Inch Nails. My mother gave me dc Talk: Intermission and Jars of Clay to try and lure me into getting a sermon into my ears. I almost laughed out loud and realized with a start how much my mother really didn't know me. Now fast forward two years to today. Since that time, I have started to "grow an ear" for acoustic music such as the Jars' first CD, and hence this CD has become my favorite contemplation time music. A big, fat TEN. Great detail, awesome work, and true music. Poetic lyrics, artistic and talented vocals and instrumentals, and an atmosphere unparalleled by any other "softer" CD I have bought.

| Awesome The first and one of the best ever, second to Much Afraid, my personal favorite.
I fell in love with Faith Like a Child and Love Song For a Savior, both beautiful songs. Jars of Clay rocks!

| no question, this is the best I would venture to say that this is the best album ever. I have yet to find a collection of songs that so well fit together and are so powerful either alone or together. Also, they used a TON of strings - violins, violas, cellos - and also some other cool orchestral instruments that gave it a unique feel. I think a lot of us can agree that Worlds Apart is an awesome song, and I would buy the cd ten more times just for that song. Nothing comes close, and that's a lot for me to say considering that music IS my life . I would recommend this album to ANYONE. I mean, HELLO, was there even ONE vote under 5? and how many voted 10? This album is AWESOME!!

| This is a wonderful album and my personal Jars favorite. The acoustic guitars along with all of the other string instruments really give this record an artistic feel that is hard to find in the acoustic rock genre. There are a couple of songs I don't care for, but otherwise "Jars.." is a very solid album.

| Wow. That's all I can think of to say right now. I don't know what they did on this CD, but they did it all right. Worlds Apart has to be one of the best songs ever. He, Love Song For A Savior, Liquid, Like A Child, Art In Me ect. are amazing songs. Flood is good too, but its overplayedness makes it not so good

| hmm, I bought this the other day expecting amazing things and, although it is a good album, it is not (imo) the most amazingly brilliant album ever! there are some good songs but a lot of the singing is a bit iffy and the 25 min hidden track is just annoying!
so yeah 7/10 is all I can give it I'm afraid.
God Bless, Rich |

| i gave it a 6 because, although it is exellent writing, it's not really my style. Jars of Clay practically invented the alternative genre and at times sounds almost country, but i am more into industrial rock, punk rock, and modern rock. |
