Hands And Feet(Brokeness)

I went to an Audio Adrenaline concert last year,
and before they sang their song "Hands And Feet", the lead singer, Mark Stuart, had something to say:

"We sing this song, and we all say that we want to be Jesus' Hands and Feet, to go into all the world, and reach everyone for Him,
but, in order to be like His hands and feet, we need to be broken for Him, just like His hands and feet were broken for us."

We can't reach out to lost people from our spiritual mountaintop, and expect them to understand where we're coming from,
we need to be broken, on their level, so we can relate to them.

If you want to be His hands and feet, get on your knees daily, and ask Him to bring you to a spiritual place of brokeness, if you're serious about being broken for Him, He will do it.

This is a fine example of why I admire Audio Adrenaline not only from a musical stand-point, from from a spiritual stand-point.

That was a very profound statement to make and its truth and validity only stratches the surface that Christianity isn't just for believers, but for also those who aren't believers...yet.
