on the bright side, I used to listen to T Bone back in the day when my parents wouldn't let me listen to secular rap (i was but a wee one) and i totally think that his heart is in the right place. i thikn he is good for christians AND for outreach to non christians.
... but christian rap is still lame |
ha, ! I don't know what christian rap your listening too...probally that silly old sckool Grape Tree and TobyMac stuff.....Naw, some of the best heads are in Christian...particulary the Christian Underground stuff...not that gotee records stuff (even though the new grits has some tight beats and flows) check out LA Symphony, Mars ILL, Tunnel Rats, for some mad flows and production skill ---
www.spherofhiphop.com is a good place to check out a lot of good (and i mean good) hip hop artist...
as for TBONE.. his stuff is biblical and it is great for christians...as a matter of fact he and Carmen used to work together before he went solo...shoot...TBONE goes way back...his latest CD "Last Street Preacha" is one of the most recent one's he's done, besides the greatest hits album he put out a few months afterwards...so don't hate, congragulate :-)
One...
