hey guys, i love camping too, and i used to go with the boy scouts every month, though now that i am older, i cant make it as much, to many school things i have to do. so i go camping with friends when i can fit it in, which isnt often. the last time i went was early spring (i know, thats like decades ago) though that was an interesting experience. my friend forgot tent poles, so we set up a lean to deal, only problem was it was really really windy, and about 40 degrees, so it was a chilly night! but fun.

i have always dreamed about starting in the southern part of the rockies, camping, driving north, camping again, et cetera until i got to montana. take like a month and a half to do it, it would be sooooo cool.

I like camping....in a camp ground...with other people around...for no more than a week at a time...Maine's got the best camping! :kgrin:
