Wendy's is my favorite, but Subway is a close second.

SUBWAY! SUBWAY SUBWAY SUBWAY SUBWAY SUBWAY!

It's a darn good thing I like Subway so much, cause I'm currently on a diet (Lost about 25 pounds so far! Woohoo!). Has nothing to do with that Jared loser, I really don't watch TV, and it bothers me that everyone I know always asks me if I'm doing the Jared diet when they see me eating Subway. I mean, I do at least three times a week. Yummy...

Some of the other places are...okay. The fact that I'm on a diet, though, makes them all terrible. I could get away with going to Fazoli's (A fast food Italian restaurant--not as bad as it sounds) and getting spaghetti marinara, but besides that, when I eat away from home, I gotta have Subway!

And now it's time for...

*Drum roll*

THE WALL OF SHAME!!!

McDonald's

The specialties here include the breakfast items. Don't let their small size fool you! A Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit, for example, has a whopping 31 grams of fat! For those of you who AREN'T health nuts, recommended daily values for fat range from 65 grams per day (If you eat 2000 calories) to 80 grams a day (If you eat 2500 calorie). And who can forget the classic Big Mac/Fries/Chocolate Shake combo? Just ask for the heart attack combo! They'll know what you mean! With a whopping 1780 calories and 80 grams of fat, you're sure to be going through cardiac arrest in no time!

Burger King

Unfortunately, I cannot get Adobe Acrobat, so I cannot witness the horrors that lie within. I can imagine though, and I'm guessing it's a Big Mac, only it's a Whopper instead, if you catch my drift (And if you don't, then I'm guessing that it's basically no different).

Wendy's

According to the main nutrition menu, the "nutrition guide was created to help you make informed meal choices". Of course, a good "informed meal choice" would be to eat at Subway. But this place isn't all that bad. Well, actually it is all that bad, but not when compared to the other two burger joints already mentioned.

Sonic

This is also a PDF file, and I can't get to it therefore. However, I looked at it about a month ago on a different computer that wasn't giving me Acrobat problems. I seem to recall that it lists all the nutrition numbers, but didn't label each column, so you had no idea whether you were looking at fat, carbs, saturated fat, calories, sodium, cholesterol, and so forth. But I did glance at the numbers, and they didn't look pretty. I'm not quite sure if that was an accident; really it's quite clever. At least it's better than Starbucks. Their website says to call a phone number to get the nutrition info.

Taco Bell

Because of the frames, you need to click on "The Menu" link at the top. This actually doesn't look all too bad until you realize that a taco ain't all that much and most people have at least 2, if not more. Then it's much, much worse. Just don't go for the Mucho Grande Nachos.

Arby's

Not all too bad for a person who isn't on a diet. Some of them get a bit ugly though.

Kentucky Fried Chicken

Mm-mm-mm, nothing like good ole fried chicken to clog the arteries. This stuff is terrible. And it don't taste all too good anyway, if you ask me.

END OF WALL OF SHAME!!!

Subway

SUBWAY!!! Woohoo! It's pretty healthy! Just avoid the footlong meatball sub. And smothering anything in mayo is never a good idea. Me, I like a six inch roasted chicken breast on wheat, covered in veggies. No cheese, no mayo, and it has under 300 calories and 5 grams of fat, plus it's extremely filling because of all the veggies, and it TASTES SO GOOD!!!

WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(No, I actually do NOT work for Subway. I just really, really, really like the place)

Locke i appreciate you trying to steer me away from those places, but you need to understand...THOSE PLACES ARE GOOD! i probably have the worst diet on these boards but i run atleast 5 miles a day to keep in ok shape. although, since it is now always over 95 and humid as all get out, i haven't run in a month. however, when i go up to college, it is cooler and muchless humid, so i will be able to run mor.

anyway, i like McDonalds breakfasts the most. when i go for breakfast, i just get 4 hashbrowns.

MMMMMMMMMMMBOY! doesn't get anymore healthy!

I'm not trying to steer anyone away as much as I'm just trying to have fun. Honestly, I don't care about whether or not you want to eat there, I was just sharing the thoughts of a person who is currently on a very strict diet (I went to a baseball game on my birthday and I didn't have anything to eat while there, and my mom made me an angelfood cake, because I wouldn't have eaten any dessert that was unhealthy). Personally, when I'm off, I'll probably go to a few of the places. Not McDonalds, most likely, because that's still way too unhealthy, but at least Sonic and Taco Bell. And I'll put a bit of mayo on my Subway subs as well. ^_^
