kids songs - lyrics and chords
Anybody have any links? I'm looking for stuff that we could sing in children's church. Old, new, silly, serious.... whatever goes. Thanks!

i think one of the classics would be:

'If i were a butterfly'

hehe...wonderful song!
then there's also this new song I learnt at Spring Harvest...

it's called 'Our God is a Great Big God'

dunno if you know it but the chorus goes:

'He's higher than a skyscraper
He's deeper than a submarine
He's wider than the universe
and beyond my wildest dreams
And he's known me and he's loved me
Since before the world began
How wonderful to be a part of God's amazing plan!'

The verse is 'Our God is a great big God 3 times and ont he final it goes 'and He holds us in HIs hands'

Kids Songs
There are a few CDs from Jana Alayra which have wonderful new songs for children. They are fun, easy to learn and incorporate scripture. The website is www.janaalayra.com. We use all of her CDs with the children in our church and have come up with fun hand motions to go along with them. Hope it helps!
