Ongoing fears about depression coming back

Hey folks,

I would appreciate your prayers as I head into another year at university in the longest undergrad in the history of ever. I've battled really serious depression, which can often look a lot like laziness and apathy, on and off since I was in my early teens if not before. I'm on meds and regularly monitored by a really great Nurse Practitioner GP, and going to counseling, but I always fear that I'm going to have another episode and things are just going to tailspin again.

I covet your prayers.

Lo! How a rose e'er blooming from tender stem hath sprung,
Of Jesse's lineage coming, as seers of old hath sung,
It came a flower bright, amid the cold of winter,
When half-spent was the night.

Isaiah t'was foretold it, the rose I have in mind,
With Mary we behold it, the Virgin Mother kind,
To show God's love aright, she bore to us a Saviour,
When half-spent was the night.

O flower whose fragrance tender with gladness fills the air,
Dispel with glorious speldour the darkness everywhere,
True man, yet very God! From sin and death He saves us,
And lightens every load.

Sure thing, bro

And, if you need anyone to chat to, or just vent to, hit me up. I know what you are going through with this.

You got it. As one who took the twenty year route to an undergrad degree, I can somewhat empathize.
