Unfortunately, this doesn't surprise me at all.

| Its frustrating. How do you even advocate against stuff like this, when its so obviously an act of prejudice and hate?

And the motivation is certainly prejudice and hate? You realize under the previous presidents administration nearly 1/2 million people were deported per year right? What was the motivation then?
During the run for the white house when Bill Clinton was running he was big into border security and immigration enforcement.
This prejudice hateful jerk wanted to take away their benefits. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m3yesvvYEvs |

And also, some persecuted Christians. Like these.
Stop trolling. |

| I'm not trolling. I'm just frustrated by the double standards and weak fallback response of "it's racist, hateful, or something-or-other-phobic".
And for what it's worth, I agree with you, Christians should be deported back to countries where Christians are hated and persecuted....which, I guess, is the very definition of religious discrimination. . |

| FWIW, I *do* think that many forget the actions of previous presidents.
Obviously, there would need to be nuances to what specific things are being compared (and I don't know enough to nuance things in an appropriate way).
It is true that Giuliani, for instance, stated that they were attempting to find the most legal way to ban Muslims (according to interviews he did around the time).
I do think that if evangelicals have any sort of power with this administration, then they should wield it, protesting this action.

So yeah, you agree with Satan pretty much, not me or anyone reasonable, and I am now permanently placing you on ignore. This is absolutely beyond the pale. |

This is absolutely beyond the pale. | I'm not sure what "ignore" means but this is almost a little bit funny. There was a typo in my previous post. Instead of reading I agree with you christians should be deported... It should have said I agree with you christians should not be deported.
***and thanks for associating me with satan based on what appears to be a misunderstanding. |

| This very much should be protested but I think the issue should be pointing out the nuances that are glossed over by an administration that wants to work too heavy-handedly.
Telling people they're racist because of supporting the stronger enforcement of existing laws doesn't help.
Pointing out the ramifications of the act helps.
And, to add more fuel to the fire - just because a law is on the books does not mean that it is morally right to enforce it at its full strength at every waking moment. To ignore the cluster**** that is the Middle East in efforts to scapegoat our own corrupted and dysfunctional society is not helpful for anybody. |
