Ok, so I tried your method, but it still didn't work. But, then in Parallels 11, I opened USB Preferences, and assigned my webcam to Windows 7. And afterward, it now works.

Now, this might be tricky, but my next question is how do I let my webcam see BOTH operating systems (MacOS & Windows 7)? Or is that not possible due to my webcam only being able to see one operating system. The reason I ask is because my stop-motion software (the I WANT to use) is found on MacOS, while I still want to use the Logitech Webcam settings, which is on Windows 7. If I'm making this confusing or nearly impossible, then I'm sorry. Anyway, if all else fails, I might have to do something else .

I then search for other stop-motion applications for Windows 7. Some didn't work at all, and some were REALLY slow or didn't work out for me.

At moment, I'm currently stuck on what to do. It's a shame I can't (or think I can't) use the Logitech Webcam Settings on Windows 7, and use my stop-motion animation software on macOS at the same time.

Today I went ahead and tried out WineBottler & Wine (Win. Emulator). Either I'm not getting it right or it's just not working because every time I right-click on the Logitech Webcam Software executable (.exe) file, then select Wine, and then go through WineBottler, it keeps taking me to a Logitech WebCam Settings thing (not even the right Logitech Webcam Software) or not work at all . I honestly am not sure how to use Wine (or WineBottler). And the only reason I went with Wine & WineBottler was because I thought it would work in macOS and I could use my stop-motion software without having to switch operating systems or stuff like that.

Anyway, I appreciate the help. Hopefully something will work out.
